Ashbourne House will always extend a very warm welcome. Ricardo and Fiona Gabbiadini purchased Ashbourne House in July 2019 after 23 years previous experience in the Hospitality Trade.
Since purchasing Ashbourne House we have followed a huge renovation project, firstly re-branding with new signage and website and then undergoing the updating of en-suites and decorating throughout to put our own mark on the guesthouse and also adding modern amenities such as USB points, some new furniture and modern bathroom fittings where not already installed. Situated just a five minute drive from York Train Station we are accessible easily by rail and also accessible by road as on the main A19 into York which is close to the A64 Ring road of York.

Ashbourne House is a popular York guest house with eight tastefully furnished bedrooms which perfectly combine convenience and comfort. Each bedroom has a Smart television, tea and coffee making facilities and free internet WiFi connectivity, giving you everything you need to enjoy your stay.
All rooms are en-suite except one which is the Double with separate private bathroom for sole use, robes provided.

The centre of York is a pleasant 20 to 25 minute riverside stroll away, and for those who wish to conserve their energy for sightseeing, there is a frequent bus service into the city centre. Limited off street car parking is available on a first come first served basis and there is also free unrestricted parking on adjacent side streets.
